Here at BayLynx Pixie-Bobs, we are dedicated to providing the perfect Pixie-Bob. We are
now registering our kittens with both TICA and ACFA. We are also finishing up our
pixie-bob's DNA and parentage testing so you can rest assured you are bringing home a true
pixie-bob. We are a small, hobby breeder that focuses on the preservation and advancement of
the Pixie-Bob breed. Health, soundness and quality are our top priorities. We use ONLY
TICA and or ACFA Registered Pixie-Bobs in our breeding program. No cross-outs to
other domestic breeds are done (Manx, Bengals, Main Coons, etc.), as per TICA and ACFA
standards. Nor do we cross-out to bobcats or other non-domestic/hybrid breeds (Asian
Leopard Cats, Lynx, Servals, Junglecats, Chausies, Savannahs, etc). Pixie-Bobs are not
hybrids and have no trace of "wild blood" in them.
Our cats come from outstanding bloodlines. Their pedigrees are predominantly made up of
impressive, Northwest Stoneisland foundation lines and great Dixie Pixie lines. All of them go
back to our breeds' namesake, "Stoneislands Pixie". Our breed stocks' pedigrees boast many
International and Regional winning Supreme Grand Champions, Quadruple Grand Champions,
and old "Legend Cat" lines. These lines have created some outstanding looking Pixie-Bobs
with an unforgettable, old Northwest look.
Our kittens are raised under foot and socialized in our home with our children and menagerie.
Any show/breeder quality kittens that we have will be sold as show alters or high-end altered
pets. We have spacious outdoor enclosures where they can stretch their legs and romp around.
We also have plenty of posh kitty accommodations in which to choose from throughout the
house. Most of the time they'd rather lounge on our laps, as they are very affectionate.
We are Animal Health majors in college and Veterinary Technicians. Our cattery actively shows
and exhibits our cats in TICA and ACFA shows. We are the Southwestern Regional Rescue
Coordinators for the Pixie-Bob Rescue Network, Co-creators of the Retired Pixie-Bob
adoption website with Amber McGee of RockStar Pixie-Bobs and Co-creators of the new
"International Pixie-Bob Journal". As Moderators we manage several online Pixie-Bob chat
lists where breeders come together to discuss important breed issues, we own two more, and are
active members on several other breeder lists. We actively promote the breed by putting on
breed information booths at Pet Expos, fairs, and cat shows.
