Boomer and Chubs' October Litter is Here!! Boomer's litter was born 10/09/07 The kittens have now been weaned and are doing great! They are all ready very well socialized. Their personalities are very affectionate and they love to cuddle. They are all good sized kittens, two males and five females, with very wild bushy coats. With their looks and affectionate dispositions, these kittens will make outstanding family additions. Boomer is the mother of our show girl Baylynx Buckle Bunny "Buns" who produced an outstanding litter, with Chubs, for us last March. Boomer has produced many gorgeous high quality kittens, and since her daughter and Chubs had such a wonderful litter together, we can't wait to see how these little guys turn out! It is amazing how she has passed that old Dixie Pixie look to her kittens and now grand kittens. There is such a strong family resemblance. So far her daughter Buns is carrying on that look. We plan on retiring Boomer possibly with in the next year. She is out of some excellent old lines, Stone Island and Dixie Pixie to name a couple, and they aren't that far back in her pedigree which is getting harder to find. So you can probably tell we aren't looking forward to her retirement. But she has left us with some outstanding cats to work with to continue the lines. She has been a great mother and most importantly, a wonderful companion to us. When she retires she will be returning home to Kathy Fry in Idaho. |
